Hi Looking for the help with wrong claims of items not received and warning below,
We wanted to send you a final reminder that you’ll need to make improvements to your seller performance in the United Kingdom by 20 April to prevent further action being taken against your account.
Here’s what you should do
•
Resolve any open claims as soon as you can.
•
Double-check your inventory to make sure you can fulfil all orders.
•
Check your Seller Dashboard to see where you can improve. The most important thing to look at is your transaction defect rate, which tells you how many of your buyers are having issues.
Thanks

"wrong claims of items not received"
If the claims are wrong that means you have tracking proving delivery and you should be uploading tracking at the time of sending - then buyers cannot win cases.

Are you calling them "wrong claims" because the postal tracking is showing as delivered? If so the buyer should not have been able to start a not received case as long as the tracking has been entered into ebay for that item (happens automatically if you use ebay's postage. If you buy your own you have to enter the tracking number manually when you dispatch the item).

Thanks for reply , and its catch 22 as the item was 99p and it was not possible to send via tracked £3 postage !!!!
