Our offer amount was accepted by the seller but when we went to pay for it eBay charged us the listed price. Which was £20 more. We have requested a cancellation for the pick-up only item but the seller has declined it and is no longer responding to messages. There is no help on the chat bots, wondered if someone else has had the same problem? TIA
