I am asking for your help regarding a delivery.
Hi, I sent a larger package on January 25th and another smaller one on the 27th. I received a message regarding the delay in delivery from the receiver for the 2nd parcel. When checking the data on the receipt, I noticed that both packages, sent on different dates and with different weights, have the same tracking number, not sure how. The first heavier parcel has the right tracking number, delivered, and the second lightweight parcel has the wrong tracking number and address. How many times a QR code can be used? How can I recover the parcel or the money? I emailed Royal Mail, no answer, I rang, no answer. I have another parcel sent and not received, which the buyer is asking about. Same, emailed, called. Also, is there a better service to send the parcels? I opted for Royal Mail, how can I change to simple delivery? Please advise. Thank you
