Wrong Evri label bought

Morning, I stupidly uploaded my Evri label on here for a blanket that i've sold. After wrapping it etc it weighs more that the 1kg one i bought - about 1.3kg. I need to buy a 1-2kg one or potentially go to my local PO.

I've chatted to an agent who says I've got to wait 2-4 days for a specialist to let me know what to do. I've tried to cancel the label but it wont let me yet (is it too early?)

Can anyone help me please? Thanks

You have Simple Delivery enabled on your listings so you won't be able to cancel the label.    If you buy another label you will have to pay for it yourself.    You will also have to contact ebay to get the tracking number changed for the item.

An alternative would be to cancel the current transaction (refund will be issued in the process) and relist with correct postage for the buyer to buy and pay again.
