Why was my order cancelled

I ordered 40 pieces of coffee cup, last night and this one I was told my order have been cancelled without any reason. Now I’m confused and pain.

those are gifts for my church members for this coming mothering day which is on Sunday 30/03/2025

There can be several reasons items get cancelled,and if  you paid and the seller cancelled, the money should automatically be returned to your preferred payment method payment you have on file.

Best find another seller.

For an explanation you need to ask the seller. We are members like you and do not know anything about your orders.

Same with ebay unless they cancelled order which is unlikely, they would not know the reason.

Refunds go back to source, so time it takes to get a refund will depend on your method of psyment.

Only your seller could tell you why they cancelled the order. The important thing is to get your money back.

If they cancelled the purchase correctly, eBay will have automatically issued you a refund. If so there should be messages from eBay to confirm this. It will be returned to your source of funding but could take up to a month to reach this, depending upon how you paid. Credit card is usually the slowest.
