Why is a genuine hallmarked sterling silver choker being listed with simple delivery?

I listed the named item and it didnt sell.    Previously i listed it under custom postage.

Anyone have any idea why when i go to relist i get this message.  My understanding that genuine sterling silver is excluded. 

Once you update this listing, Simple Delivery will be used to post this item domestically. Your dispatch time will be 2 days

Ebay changed the rules regarding jewellery about the middle of October.

Thanks for that as i missed it due to not really coming to the boards as regular as i did.

There wasn't an announcement or any warning - it just changed to jewellery over £20 had to use SD.

The terms and conditions regarding compensation have not changed though.

to clarify.....if i start the auction off at 19.99 and it sells for well over £20 will Ebay flip the ended listing over to SD even though it started off with custom delivery?
