When downloading eBay earnings report, why does most of my postage label data just have -- in the column.
For example if I look at one of my transactions directly on ebay I can see that it is reporting earnings of £5.46 as it accounts for the £1.55 postage I paid though the eBay platform.
However if I look at it on the eBay earnings report CSV file, it reports postage of -- and order earnings of £7.01
It's very frustrating as I cannot get accurate earning figures from this report, despite being named Earnings report.
I have spoken to eBay on the phone multiple times, but they seem as confused as I am. Can anyone tell me how I can access complete earnings data from the eBay system
