Why am I being charged for postage when I stated buyer pays

Ebay are charging me for postage when it was paid buy the buyer

Where are you seeing you pay postage.

You seem to be using simple delivery, buyer pays for postage,  you get link to print label. 

If you are doing postage yourself, buyer pays for item and postage you listed  you use this money to pay for postage.
