Where do I Find My £5.00 Voucher ?

I have just downloaded the ebay App with the promise of a £5 voucher. However, I cannot find it anywhere in my ebay account. It has been suggested that it could be found within the "My ebay" section using a desktop PC, but as far as I can see, it's not there ?

Just found it within the "Summary" section. However, need to spend £50, which is not stated when the promotion / QR code appears...
