Do you mean you bought something and it's not showing in your Purchase History?

You may have bought it as a Guest Purchase.  So here,  your eBay account is not used,  so will have no record of that purchase.

For a Guest Purchase,  to receive those details, the best option is to get a new confirmation email using this link:

Use a laptop / PC and try Chrome then on your Purchas History make sure your items are not selected to Hidden, click on All Purchases left hand of page.

If the purchase is not there , then you probably made it as a Guest Purchase.

If your using an android phone then this maybe the cause as others are experiencing the same issues

ebay are yet to update anyone on this site issue
