Loss of photo's and buying option

I have lost photo's and buying option on myebay app, l have cleared and redownloaded app many times, once after a 12hour gap but its impossible to get any "help or contact" from ebay.

This has been reported by some in the last few days,  you are not alone.

I'm tagging our community managers to see if they can shed some light on this,  if  it is still an issue and eBay are aware,  and  if there is any news for a fix.

No l my problem is not resolved, ebay a failedto respone to my enquiries and now it has been over 5 days l'm losing my patience with ebay and after 20 years with them it's time to say goodbye,

Is your device upto date?

Have you tried a browser instead of the ebay app to view ebay?

What device are you using and what model?

Hi, yes my phone is a sony experia z5 model e5823, andriod version 7.1.1 l
have reloaded ebay many times, l even reloaded google play incase that was
preventing me down loading latest ebay app.
