What do you mean by transaction rate?

If you mean sold prices, just call up a search for the item you're looking for by using two or three relevant keywords, then select 'Sold' from the menu on the left of the search page. You'll then see sold listings and prices.

Suggest you look in Help and Contact and enter fees. Also suggest that you register correctly as a Business Seller  and find out what your commitments will be to buyers.

Would these be listed in the vehicles/motors category?

You would need to upgrade your eBay account to a business one.
