It is two days after delivery - all the details are in the link. My own personal experience was that all payments have been made two days after the tracking showed delivery. Sometimes Ebay tracking is not in sync with Royal Mail and it's the tracking on Ebay which counts. Hoestly, I have not had any issues and funds have been available promptly.

As of 4 Feb, funds will typically be available in your eBay balance 2 days after delivery.
