What is Ebay's commission?

What is Ebay's commission if a private UK seller sells, having used no listing extras, to a UK resident? Thanks in advance.

Re: What is Ebay's commission?

Private sellers have 300 free listings per month.

Any optional upgrades such as a Reserve or a short duration listing will cost extra.

Re: What is Ebay's commission?

If you do not use any listing upgrades,  these all come with non refundable listing fees,  payable sale or no sale,  and you're not selling a vehicle / motorbike, then Private sellers can list items for free,  and when they sell,  there are no seller fees,  nothing else to  pay.

It's Free to Sell on eBay,  is what it says on ' the tin',  and it means this too!

Re: What is Ebay's commission?

When you list an item, you click LIST WITH DISPLAYED FEES, which would usually be 0.00. If a fee shows investigate what  it relates to, as once you click you will be charged any fee shown.

It is easy to have clicked on something that is classed as an extra, so always check.
