What are the differences between a business and seller account?

Hi, im thinking of switching to a business account but what are the pros and cons?

Do you get faster payouts because waiting for my funds right now is getting really irritating

Im also finding it tricky to get views on my listings so was wondering if it changes anything

Do I need a business account?

If you plan to sell casually, such as selling items you no longer want, a private account is the best option. 

If you want to sell large quantities, if you have items that you've made or bought to resell or if you already have a business outside of eBay, you’ll need to register a business account.

Do business accounts also follow the policy of getting paid 2 days after delivery or 14 days? On the website it says that they get their funds 1 working day after the payment has processed but ive seen mixed responses so just curious.

Also, do you get any free listings per month?

And, my listings don't seem to be reaching many people, would having a business account increase my visibility?

As a business seller you get paid straight away for the most part.
