Weblink and policy violation

I just listed a gaming console and ebay has unlisted it saying it's a policy violation. The only thing I can think of is I put a link in the description for the digital instruction manual. Is this correct?

Yes, it's a policy violation to put a link to a third party website.

You may need to set that listing up again from scratch (without the link).
