I bought an Samsung flip phone for £200 back in September 2023. It had said in the ad it had 12 months warranty. I messaged the company about an issue of bot being able to be heard on my phone and had to keep putting it tmon loud speaker. Ive Google cant hear me at all. But the company say its only 3 months warranty not 12!!

I looked again at the original post and it says further down that it's 3 months. Please see below. Now they won't talk to me

That does look confusing.

I wouldn't know whether to expect 3 months or 12 months warranty.

However, warranties are entirely between you and the seller.  Ebay give you 30 days to return an item after purchase using the Ebay Money Back Guarantee.

I would advise contacting Citizens Advice Bureau to see what 'next steps' they can suggest.  They can usually only offer any practical help if you bought from a UK business seller.
