Order Cancellations Age Restricted Items

Hi Guys,

I wonder if anyone can suggest how to resolve an issue where a buyer hasnt verified their age on an age restricted item.  The cancel reason options are minimal and dont seem to cover this issue.  I do know if I cancel the sale specifying it is out of stock I will be penalised, does anyone know the correct procedure?

Best use the buyer requested to cancel in this instance,so it doesn't affect your account

As you say there isn't a lot of choice in this scenario.

I assume then that the buyer can not pay as they can't supply a credit card? if so look to cancel using the buyer hasn't paid option after 4 days
