Waiting for item to be delivered before payment - Impossible for me to get paid

I use the cheapest shipping option, which doesn't provide postal tracking for the Pokémon cards that I sell. I've sold and posted a bunch recently, and now it's just looking like my money will be in limbo forever even if they receive the card because the shipping doesn't have tracking? Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

Without tracking the money is released after 14 days.
