Voucher code given to me that does not work

I have been sent an incorrect order by a ebay premium seller, they have given me a code provided by email, for me to use at the checkout, the code does not seem to work and the seller is just referring me to ebal who gave the code. Any help appreciated Thanks

I do not know why seller is playing with a code which probably has conditions attached, that is not the way to deal with this.

You have received not what you ordered, you open a NOT AS DESCRIBED CASE, seller has to provide a reply paid label, and on return refunds in full.
