4 days now, what do I do if not received as there no option on help centre
for this?

Wait one more day , mine did actually take 5 full working days ( not counting a weekend) for me to receive them.

They are tiny only a few pence each so easily missed, and there's no warning they are suddenly there!

However,  give it another few days and then contact eBay Customer Services to send you 2 more.

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
