Vehicle listing fees

I listed a vehicle as a private seller.  Fixed price £14.99.  Good till cancelled.  I did not list in classified because it stated it was only a 30 day listing.  So I presumed I only paid the £14.99 until sold or cancelled.  In adition to the final fee when sold.  Why I have been charged £14.99 again after 30 days.  It did not say this when I selected these fees.

Listing will renew every 30 days until sold or cancelled. 

Vehicle Listing fees are non refundable, so if car does not sell, you pay to relist.
