See if you can send your contact details to the buyer. If they are blocked by ebay the buyer should buy on ebay, then view and arrange payment with cash or via bank. If there any problems you can always issue a cancellation afterwards.
For future reference ebay classifieds are probably the best way to sell a car on ebay. Buyers can view and the ad doesn't end until you have payment.
