There is a link in every listing to report it to eBay. I doubt whether eBay will be interested. There are endless scams in eBay motors, if one is taken down another will soon take its place. Motor vehicles are not covered by eBay's money back guarantee (and neither are deposits).
If you have lost the deposit you paid for a van on eBay count yourself lucky. We oftn hear from buyers who have been conned into paying the full price - often thousands of pounds - without even seeing the vehicle, only to discover that the advert was fraudulent.
