Update on Complaint from buyer

Yesterday evening I had another email from this buyer saying they received the item 3 days late. This time the username was different to the first and at the bottom of the email it says Sent from Outlook for Android. The whole email says "I'm the buyer. Item arrived three days later, people shouldn't say its been delivered when it hasn't". I have not sold any of my items to this and the first buyer.

I have their usernames. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to say what they are. If you want to know, just reply to me.

It is better to stick to one thread and add, if necessary, to your original post.

However, we are just other members like you - nobody in the forum can stop these emails from being sent.

If the emails are from Ebay, you can report them this way:

Suspicious email

  1. Don't click any links in the email or open any attachments.
  2. Forward the message to us as an attachment at spoof@ebay.co.uk.

Or you can deal with this yourself.

Delete the emails.

Block the bidders on your blocked bidders list and block the email names and addresses in your emails.

If these messages are coming to your Ebay messages (and not your personal email), you can report them to Ebay by going to the three dots at the top of the message and choosing 'report this message'.
