Unjustified negative feedback

I have had a solid positive selling track so far until I got to this seller: I sold and posted an item which, when opened by the buyer, had damage on the plastic box. I sent returns label straightaway and fully refunded on receiving the item back. I've communicated with the buyer throughout. Despite this, they left negative feedback. I've asked them to reconsider their feedback but they refused and even accused me of sending the item already damaged. Ebay support didn't help when I consequently asked to have the negative feedback removed. I feel unheard and unappreciated.

I am afraid that feedback is not removable.  You could try a calm factual response.

Maybe the buyer didn't realise the item could well of occurred damage in transit,so you can leave a feedback reply underneath there feedback if you want to,mentioning damage in transit.

No point wastinga feedback revision request if the buyer isn't happy to change the feedback.
