United Kingdom is not on the list of international countries to ship to from the USA?

Why cant I buy goods on eBay from the USA as a UK resident? 

UK is not on the drop list of international countries???

This prevents purchase, blocks buy now & bidding 

This stops US sellers from being able to sell & ship to UK

There are no trade embargos between US & UK so why is eBay stopping trade?

It may be that the seller doesn't export?

Some sellers ship from the US to the UK, and some don't.
