Unexplained fees

I have had unexplained fees deducted for item 176714146386 net proceeds where £15.44 but I received £8.60. The fee for promotion was £1.85 there is no explanation for what the other deduction is, it simply displays a reduced balance.

I did not use the ebay postage label but paid for postage myself.

I don't know how to get this fixed.

Nearly 50% of what buyer paid is being deducted and after postage I am getting £5. 

Please help me.

Are you buying postage from eBay?  It could count for those deductions.

If not and more explanation is needed contact eBay Customer Services,  their lines open shortly at 8 a.m.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.

9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.

I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open,  as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

That will explain what has happened here.

Are you being charged for the Evri label , and buyer lives in one of the remoter* areas where Evri standard fee does not cover?

Highlands of Scotland for example.

Also in PAYMENTS select ALL TRANSACTIONS, just like a bank statement everything is shown.
