Unable to upload listing unknown reason

Trying to upload a listing for a campervan.   Keep getting this message for some reason.

Try listing it with  Classified ad format,   and use a laptop / PC with Chrome.

Are you trying to list in the correct category? 

Sounds as though you might not be using correct category for vehicles, and have not registered correctly to sell with a verified bank account.
