Unable to interact with eBay

First problem, no incoming or out going calls on my land line, then the computer went down for a few hours. Now back on line!!

My Q. Just a thought. In the event of eBay of a sale, is the eBay computer capable of identifying a problem with the sellers computer and make allowances, especially if the seller has to post an item same day. No I don't have a mobile phone.

Sorry, ebay don't allow excuses for not posting items on time.

If they did, lots would use it. 

If you are going to post item late, best to message seller and inform them.

Also make sure you add tracking to ebay.
