Unable to deliver

i ordered something on the 22nd of september and i got notified that it was unable to deliver because of the delivery address being wrong. i decided to open a request but then stupidly on my part i closed it and messaged the seller instead (i thought you could reopen cases, i didn't read it properly) and i have asked if here is anything to do and i was being redirected to try opening the case back, when i asked the second time if a refund was possible since i am not going to receive the item i have been yet again redirected to customer support. is there anything i can do?

Unable to deliver

The seller needs to cancel the order citing Problem with Buyer's address and this will fully refund you and their seller fees.  It places no defect on their account,  perhaps politely advise them of this.
