Unable to contact member

Hi,

I have sold an item but the buyer didn't get back to me for a few days, they now have, and want to arrange collection of the item. However when i try to respond with my details the message will not go through because it says i within violation if details. - all i have asked "No problem , when would you like to collect?"

How do i contact them to arrange collection?

All payments have to be through eBay checkout now and your buyer will have a collection code to give you to release your payment,remind them to bring the code when they collect otherwise you will have to wait around 14 days for payment

Hi,

I have tried to contact them to suggest that they pay before collection, but even that message isn't allowed through., ebay have flagged it having payment details too.

As it stands, I currently have no way of contacting them, I think I will have to try and speak to a ebay " human" on Monday, as I currently only getting the "assistant"
