Unable to contact buyer

Buyer has paid on a collection only and I am unable to make contact to give them the collection address

When did they pay?   If it's very recent ebay may still be blocking messages containing contact details which they do prior to payment.    If it doesn't unblock by the end of the day contact ebay about it using callback on here:
