I have tried phoning customer services a few times at different times of the day & each time the recorded messages saying its out of ebay opening times then the line goes dead.
I have an issue with a seller that isnt simple & cant be solved without me speaking to someone. Can anyone advise me please? Thank you

Give some information, very rarely is it necessary to speak to ebay.

eBay Customer Services is 24 / 7 now it's partly why there's a new fee to pay by Buyer's.
Not sure who you are phoning, as eBay have no phone number they answer for general enquiries. It's a Call Back option as shown below....
Contact CS with the link below for a Call Back option. Try at 8 a.m. on weekdays as there's more chance of Dublin answering. It's a Call Back option, so you'll hear if it's Ireland calling!

Thank you for your help.
OK i ordered a box of 120 pouches of felix adult cat food....i was sent 7+yrs Senior cat food (not what was on the listing). I messaged seller & explained it wasnt the same item as on the listing & that my cat is under 2yrs old. They said they would send a replacement which they did, this time is was just 1 box of 40 pouches for 2-12month old kittens....again not the same as listing. I asked about sending the first wrong boxes back & they wanted me to weigh & arrange the return. At this point
I gave up dealing with the seller. Also both boxes were sent from Amazon with someone elses name on, just my address.
If this could be resolved with out speak to customer services i'd love to know how! Oh & yes i opened a order not received report with ebay due to there being no option for wrong item sent.

An 'order not received' case would not succeed because you did receive an order - just not what you were expecting and had paid for.
If you get the wrong item, you have to open a return.
Then the seller would provide a paid for label and refund you when they get the item back.
When did you receive the original wrong item?

The first box arrived 2nd April.

As this seller has let you down twice, I would open a return.
Send items back.
Get my money back and buy from a more reliable seller.
