Unable to add items to WATCHLIST

For several months now I have been Unable to add items to my WATCHLIST even though I am logged in.

Anyone else have this problem?  I am using Mozilla and Chrome and have no luck on either browser.

I click on ADD TO WATCHLIST ... and nothing happens and it is not added to my WATCHLIST.

You are currently logged into the UK site,   you need to log out of here completely,  clear cache and cookies,  log into your homesite,  www.ebay.com  then try again from there.
