UK-UK parcel stuck in Global Shipping Hub

I sent a parcel to a UK buyer on the 14th of Feb and posted through eBay, but for some reason it went through the Global shipping program. It was delivered to the Global shipping hub on the 17th but i have no more information and the buyer is understandably not happy. 

Is there anyway of finding out when it is likely to be delivered, or even just returned to me so i can try again! 

I have already tried the help department but as usual, pages and pages of drivel but no useful info and no ability to talk to anyone. the chat assistant doesn't seem to know what the Global  chipping program is.
