Trying to return an item to seller no address

I recently purchased a new bag but was damaged. I asked for a return through eBay and was refunded but didn’t get a label to return the bag. Seller said she paid postage twice and then sent me a label so I took the parcel to the post office. I then received the parcel back because the label she sent had my address on. Seller won’t purchase a label and won’t give me her address so what can I do?

As you have refund, ebay won't get involved.

Either seller refunded before issuing returns label, in which case ebay assume they don't want item back.

Or ebay issued refund themselves and you don't need to return it.

But if seller does want it back, they have to sort it amicably with you.
