Trying to add stock to relist ad

On my listing's it says out of stock. When I click edit to try add stock I get the following picture. I have also had a message about having to select a domestic postage service but when I click the toggle nothing happens. I just need to simply add stock so my ad is visible again. Any help much appreciated as its driving me mad..

If you had a multi quantity listing and it's now ended due to being out of stock you now need to set up a new listing, you can't carry the sales history over.

For your new listing, you might want to look at using eBay's out-of-stock option, which is covered on this eBay guidance page:
