I have purchased the New iPhone 14 Unlocked and sealed 128GB in January 2025 from eBay. I have a one year warranty till January 2026. When months goes the iPhone was working fine. However, till November my sim card is not working. I took my phone to the apple store and they said it has been blacklisted. Any sim cards used for that iPhone is unable to work. This means you are unable to access the sim outside, at home or anywhere. It has also been reported as stolen or missing even though I had been using it and not reported it stolen or damaged as well. I'm unable to report on eBay since it says submission failed. I don't know what to do. Can someone help me find a solution for this problem?
