I posted a parcel that was bought from me yesterday yet there’s no update clarifying that the parcel has been sent and eBay is only giving me another 3 days to post my item although I already have?

It is up to you as seller to 1. Mark as dispatched. 2. Add the tracking details.

I assume you have posted to the Authenticator!

If you intend selling Brand New items, then you need to register as a business seller.

If you bought your own postage (not through ebay) you have to mark dispatched and add tracking manually via the dropdown menu for the item on your orders page.

Postage was bought by the seller though dpd by eBay I have the receipt to show I sent the item yet nothing updating on dpd website or eBay
