If you go to your 'orders', you should have a dropdown menu for each item sold, with 'add tracking' as one of the options.

You need to finalise the transaction now only on the Seller Hub here:
Go to Orders >> Awaiting Postage, click on the item then top left on View Order Details.
Far right from More Action drop down menu click on ' Mark as Dispatched' if you have it, add any tracking number there too.

How did you buy the RM postage?
If bought through ebay, it will automatically be marked as dispatched and tracking added.
If you bought postage at post office, the bar codes do not come into it, you just mark as dispatched, and add tracking.
If you bought postage online then you would be given a bar code to show at post office where they use it to print the label.
It does sound as though may have bought postage twice, and paid on line and also paid again at PO, if so you will need to cancel online purchase.
