The seller provided me with a defective item

Я решил вернуть свой товар через сервис eBay распечатать этикетку в ней был указан номер для отслеживания трека Evri. The item has already reached the seller using this number, but there is no notification on my eBay page that the item has been delivered. At the moment I can't get my money back

Wait 48 hours after the tracking has shown delivery,  and if there is no refund escalate the case,  there will be the option in the case to ask eBay to step in and they'll force the refund.

It is timed to the very second, exactly 2 x 24 hour periods have to pass.
