Help! The seller didnt pay postage!

I paid for my item and the postage.when the idea arrived there was no stamps or anything on them and I had to pay to receive my item! When I asked the seller and showed him prof he refused to help.

If the seller refused to help you then mark the relevant postage sections ratings in the feedback you leave them,as you can't make them reimburse you

I think you would be entitled to open a not as described return case to get a refund.

You should have refused to pay as there is no way to get seller to refund this, which is why I think you should be entitled to claim not as described, as the description did not say there would be no stamps on the package.

If not you should certainly leave negative feedback and mark down the star ratings.
