hello everyone,Last week I sold an item for the first time using eBay and the buyer told me to use next day special postage.He said he was going on holiday and was anxious to receive the plate and would pay extra for postage afterwards. I did so and provided a receipt showing it was signed for on the 13th. But my account shows that it is still undelivered. how can i get in touch with customer service staff?
