Terrible parcelforce performance

Posted an item on May 16th using parcelforce express 24.

It still hasn't arrived 10 days later. Tracking is working but it's stuck in a hub still waiting.

Buyer is very patient, but surely we should get some compensation or refund from parcelforce? But I didn't buy direct from them so it's down to eBay, but what to do?

Parcels do sometimes get delayed.

 

Your buyer can wait a bit, if they want, but they don't have to. They could have opened an item not received case for a refund when it was just one day overdue.

 

If this was sent using eBay's new simple delivery service eBay will refund the buyer themselves. It will be for eBay to claim compensation from Parcelforce. You shouldn't have to do anything.
