My buyer asked for a return on the basis of missing parts. I have messaged him several times (through Ebay) and the matter has now been resolved to everyones satisfaction. Ebay still insist I need to sort it. How do I tell them the matter is now closed?

If the case is still open, then the buyer can go back into the case details and close it.
