I've tried searching by the item number and also by the seller's name but can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help pease.

I asked for a replacement disc to previous item bought and he said it was too expensive to ship on own but if I bought something else he would include replacement disc when shipping goods.

I named a DVD I was looking for and he quoted the price and item number but I can't find it and his account doesn't have anything for sale on it.

Why do you need a replacement?

If faulty the correct way is to open a not as described case, seller has to provideca return label, and on return refund. Then you can buy again.

Just trusting a seller to send something is not enforceable.
