Should have known my bargain was too good to be true. Purchased 2 Disney murano charms from a seller on eBay- not only do neither of them glow in the dark like they're meant to, but the Princess Anna charm is orangey red when it should be a pink colour.
I've read a forum that says I should reach out to the seller but I fear they might block me or accuse me of lying. I might get them surveyed at a Pandora store to be sure. But if they block me, can anything more be done to refund me? I paid with card in app and not via PayPal.
