Hi John,
Everything is zero apart from charges on the 24th January 2025 which I have not instructed. My account is business but not used for business for many years, only privately.
What now? As I'm unable to speak with anyone.

If this link below, doesn't show you the breakdown and fees charged , then you'll have to contact eBay Customer Services who have access your account and can explain that charge.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Hi,
There is a listing fee and a reserve listing fee made in January, which I did not make in any way!
Unfortunately, I can't receive calls until I return in April as I'm away until then.
How else can I communicate with Ebay without using a phone call??

Hi Simon,
On your homepage top left click on the Help & Contact tab.
Enter reserve fee charge.
Click on Fees, credits overview.
On that page wait a little while and bottom right a blue icon ' automated assistant ' appears so you can connect with CS through a Live Chat there.
I am using a laptop with Chrome, not sure if the above is available on the app or mobile browser.
