Refund

Hi. I recieved a metal football holder which wouldn’t go together. I messaged the company and they told me to send it back. Which I have done now they aren’t replying to me about a refund. What do I do now?

Refund

When you sent the item back did you do it through the instructions of a case for item not as described?  If so enter the tracking number of the item sent back into the case details,  and escalate after 48 hours when item shows delivery,  if the seller has not refunded beforehand.

 

If you haven't opened this case, and you're within 30 days of the item's last estimated date for delivery, proceed this way now :

 

Go right of the item in your Purchase History,  and from More Actions select Return this item,  selecting the reason...  Item Does Not Match Description or Photos,  or select  Defective / Faulty.

The case would enforce the seller to pay for tracked return postage if they want their item back first.  On receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  Again,  if they don't,  you escalate the case.

Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give,  and do not forget to escalate.
